The Opportunity
We are looking for an Outside Sales Person to join our team! You will be the face of the company and promote the company and our services to prospective new clients. If you are a proven sales professional, love the world of construction and surpassing sales expectations, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new and existing accounts through aggressive prospecting and networking.
- Provide innovative solutions and products to new and current clients. We believe in under promise and over deliver.
- Educate business owners on the remodeling and construction industry and maintain understanding of contracts and pricing structures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners, with regular communications.
- Hit weekly/monthly activity and sales goals and track records consistently in our CRM.
Qualifications
- Metrics driven sales "hunter" with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and high sense of urgency
- Preferred Ability to create COST based, inventory cost report(s).
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Preferred experience with Infusionsoft or equivalent software.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate.
- Possess excellent prospecting, presentation and networking skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. We hire people, not degrees.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be detailed oriented understand needs of meeting/surpassing company sales goals, territory management and new sales prospecting objectives.
